The Program in Visual Impairments, Comic Studies & The Longmore Institute on Disability Present: Innovations in Accessible Comics for Blind & Low Vision Readers!
Join us on May 5th from 10am to 1:30pm for a conversation with the prizewinners of the Accessible Comics Collective design competition.
Attendees will be given exclusive access to explore prizewinners’ early prototypes and learn how a visual medium can become accessible. For more information on the prizewinners, check out our recent newsletter here:

- Learn from blind access experts Thomas Reid, Joshua Miele, Walei Sabry, and Silvana Rainey as they provide feedback for the prizewinners.
- Share your own thoughts directly with this growing community.
- Learn from these models to help inform your own forays in accessible comic development.
There will be a break from 11:30am to 12pm PT.
