I’m a cartoonist, former high school science teacher and nutritionist, who creates applied comics about cancer, plants, and scientific research. I’ve received multiple awards for my science teaching, including the Presidential Award for Mathematics and Science Teaching, and as a Top 10 Finalist for the million-dollar Global Teaching Prize.
