This week, I want to encourage you to read Food Used to Be a Lot More Dangerous – a brilliant comic on by Whit Taylor and Maki Naro about the history of the FDA, posted on The Nib. Public health comics are something I am hoping we see more-and-more of, as this is an area where education can be effective and, honestly, we don’t talk about systematic health concerns in the United States enough. Anywhere near enough. I can’t decide if it makes me feel better or worse to know that the attitudes against proper oversight have been around a long time or not…
